Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sheaf app (“the app”). By downloading or using Sheaf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Sheaf on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

• Sheaf Pro (yearly) is an auto-renewable subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Sheaf Pro (lifetime) is a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Your Apple Account is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
• Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Sheaf only with documents you are allowed to process, and not for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and passwords; a lost PDF password cannot be recovered.

4. No warranty

Sheaf is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or that it will fit every document or use case. Always keep backups of important files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

6. Apple standard EULA

Unless you have a separate signed agreement with us, the Apple-licensed application end user license agreement also applies and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this address.
